What is Juhu Asem Kanas?



Juhu Asem Kanas is one of a traditional foods in Central Kalimantan. It is usually blend pineapple, long beans, menggala, nila fish and seasons.  The food is very delicious with unique sauce and great texture. And many people like this food. I want to share about how to make Juhu Asem Kanas ? First, boil water until boiling, sliced menggala and then menggala input until ripe. Second, pineapple input with seasoning which are already in grind. Next, nila fish input and wait until boiling. Finally, long beans input which are already in pieces and ready to serve. In conclusion, Juhu Asem Kanas is favourite and delicious food in Central Kalimantan.
Blend : Mixed
Menggala : Cassava 
Sliced : Cut
Ripe : Cooked
In grind : in the ulek
Pieces : Cut
